NSP PM-USP CSSS Renewal 2026-27 ke liye applications shuru ho chuke hain. Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Protsahan (PM-USP) Yojana ke tahat Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students (CSSS) ek Merit-Based Scholarship hai, jiska maksad garib parivaron ke meritorious students ko higher studies me financial help dena hai. National Scholarship Portal (NSP) par renewal applications 31 October 2026 tak open hain. Institute verification 15 November 2026 tak aur L2 verification 30 November 2026 tak complete karni hogi.
Sabse important baat: Is baar NSP framework me ek bada badlav hua hai — pehle “One Student – One Scholarship” tha, ab “One Student – Multiple Scholarships” ho gaya hai. Iska matlab hai ki ab aap ek Merit-Based Scholarship (jaise PM-USP CSSS) ke saath-saath ek ya zyada Welfare-Based Scholarships bhi le sakte hain. Ye students ke liye bahut bada fayda hai.
Renewal ke liye sabse zaroori condition ye hai ki aapne pichhle saal ke annual exam me kam se kam 50% marks liye hon aur 75% attendance maintain ki ho. Agar ye dono conditions puri nahi hui, to renewal reject ho sakti hai. Isliye apni marksheet aur attendance zaroor check kar lo.

- Course: Regular degree course (Graduation/Post-Graduation) me padhna zaroori hai. Correspondence ya distance mode ke students eligible nahi hain.
- Academic Performance: Pichhle saal ke annual exam me kam se kam 50% marks hone chahiye.
- Attendance: Kam se kam 75% attendance maintain karni hogi.
- Income Limit: Family income ₹4.5 lakh per annum se zyada nahi honi chahiye. (Income certificate sirf fresh applicants ke liye zaroori hai.)
- Other Scholarship: Student koi aur scholarship ya fee reimbursement nahi le raha ho.
- Conduct: Student ke against ragging ya indiscipline ki koi complaint nahi honi chahiye.
- AISHE Code: Institute ka valid AISHE Code hona chahiye.

- NSP Portal kholo: Browser me scholarships.gov.in kholo.
- OTR se Login karo: Apne OTR ID aur Password se login karo. Agar OTR nahi hai to pehle OTR generate karo.
- Renewal Application select karo: Dashboard par “Renewal Application” ka option dikhega, us par click karo.
- Previous Year Details update karo: Apni previous year ki marksheet, attendance, aur course details update karo.
- Documents upload karo: Previous year marksheet, bonafide certificate, attendance certificate — sab upload karo.
- Final Submit karo: Sab details check karke final submit karo.
- Printout nikaalo: Application ka printout nikaal ke institute me jama karo — institute verification 15 November 2026 tak honi chahiye.
- 50% marks zaroori: Agar marks kam hain to renewal reject ho jayegi — pehle marksheet check karo.
- 75% attendance: Attendance kam hai to institute se baat karo — attendance certificate zaroori hai.
- OTR mandatory: OTR ke bina renewal nahi ho sakti — pehle OTR generate karo.
- Institute verification: Sirf online submit karke chhod diya to renewal incomplete hai — institute se verification karwao.
- Last date ka wait: 31 October tak wait mat karo — server slow ho jata hai.
- Ek se zyada renewal: Ek hi scheme ke liye ek hi renewal karo — duplicate applications reject ho jayengi.
