• Accounts Executive: B.Com, BBA अथवा Economics के साथ Graduation; Basic English और Computer Operation का ज्ञान आवश्यक।
• Secretarial Assistant: Any Graduate; Basic English और Computer Operation का ज्ञान आवश्यक।
• Recruitment Executive (HR): Any Graduate; Basic English और Computer Operation का ज्ञान आवश्यक।

Technician Apprentice – 105 Posts

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Computer Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Trade Apprentice – 76 Posts

• Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant)
• Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant)
• Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant)
• Boiler Attendant
• Electrician
• Horticulture Assistant
• Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology)

🎯 Age Limit

Age limit 01 September 2026 के अनुसार निर्धारित है। Candidate की न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। सामान्यतः upper age limit 25 वर्ष है। Graduate Apprentice में Secretarial Assistant और Recruitment Executive (HR) के लिए upper age limit 35 वर्ष है।

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST – 5 वर्ष
• OBC – 3 वर्ष
• PwBD – 10 वर्ष
• 1984 Riot Victims के Children/Family Members – 5 वर्ष

📚 Training Duration

• Graduate Apprentice: 12 Months
• Technician Apprentice: 12 Months
• Trade Apprentice: संबंधित trade के अनुसार 12 या 24 Months

📝 Selection Process

RCF Apprentice Recruitment में selection educational qualification में प्राप्त percentage और applicable reservation criteria के आधार पर merit list से किया जाएगा। Merit list में आने वाले candidates को Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। इसके बाद NATS/NAPS apprenticeship contract approval के आधार पर Apprentice Trainee के रूप में engagement होगी।

📌 Important Eligibility Conditions

• Candidate की आयु 01 September 2026 को कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
• Required qualification recognized University/Institute से regular full-time course के रूप में होनी चाहिए।
• Engineering Diploma की allied branches स्वीकार्य नहीं हैं।
• जिन candidates ने पहले Act Apprentice training पूरी कर ली है, वे eligible नहीं हैं।
• एक वर्ष या उससे अधिक का job experience रखने वाले candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
• Higher studies pursue कर रहे candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
• Qualifying examination को 01 July 2023 या उसके बाद pass किया होना चाहिए।
• Distance Learning, Part-Time या Correspondence mode से qualification प्राप्त candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
• Candidate केवल एक discipline/trade या area of training के लिए apply कर सकता है।

📍 Training Location

Apprentices को RCF Ltd. की Trombay, Mumbai या Thal, Raigad unit में training दी जाएगी। Application भरते समय candidate को Trombay या Thal में से एक posting area चुनना होगा। चुना गया option बाद में बदला नहीं जा सकता।

Training Timing:

• Graduate Apprentices: सुबह 9:00 बजे से शाम 6:00 बजे तक
• Technician और Trade Apprentices: सुबह 8:00 बजे से शाम 5:00 बजे तक

📄 Document Verification के समय जरूरी Documents

• Latest Passport Size Photograph
• PAN Card
• Aadhaar Card
• Aadhaar-linked DBT-enabled Bank Account
• All relevant Mark Sheets / Passing Certificates
• Age Proof
• Educational Qualification Certificates
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• SC/ST Certificate, OBC-NCL Certificate, EWS Certificate आदि, जहां लागू हो

1. RCF की official website पर जाएं।
2. Recruitment section खोलें।
3. Engagement of Apprentices – 2026-27 पर जाएं।
4. Detailed Advertisement को ध्यान से पढ़ें।
5. Apply Online पर क्लिक करके application form भरें।
6. Trombay या Thal में से posting area चुनें।
7. Passport size photograph और signature निर्धारित format/size में upload करें।
8. Application Save/Submit करें।
9. Submission के बाद generated application form का print सुरक्षित रखें।
